    This 3 day course is designed for Environmental Inspectors. The course will cover; Laws and Regulations, consensus standards, best management practices (BMPs) relating to compliance and assurance personnel, maintaining environmental professional standards of practice, risk management, photography, sketching, note taking, recordkeeping, federal rules of evidence and preserving, evidence collection and analyzing, interviewing and interrogation, presenting evidence in court, property damage, death management, stress management, customer service, and professional development.

    Accurately explain “primacy” and “delegation of authority”
    Self-analyze and determine their Knowledge, Skills, Abilities, and Traits (KSATs) for conducting thorough inspections of permits, records, sites, equipment and processes
    Accurately explain definition of risk management
    Identify practices to work with difficult or angry “customers”
